Engagement objective
The Child in Need Institute is an international humanitarian organisation that works on health, nutrition and education needs of children, adolescents and women in India. StratComm has been working with CINI to codify its flagship CINI Method (a rights-based parametric for the development of child-friendly communities) in the form of compendium and programme implementation guidelines.
As a part of the strategy to highlight the CINI Method in the child rights and development sector, StratComm was engaged to design and develop a distinct brand identity and promotional communication aids specific to the CINI Method.
Process and Key outcomes
The process included in-depth discussions with the CINI Senior Management team. The visual identity is carved out of the existing CINI identity, which has been in existence for a long time and has great recall. Using the positioning of the CINI Method, the identity has been enhanced.
CINI further engaged StratComm to revamp its website and in the process develop the capacity of its in-house team to manage the website and its content. Currently under process, the CINI team is working with StratComm to revise the content based on content guidelines developed as part of this process. The revamped site will not just include an overhauling of the content but the overall design and visual language will also be changed to reflect CINIs new positioning.
